These terms cover your use of arkometry.com, including our chat assistant and calculator. Our services for practices (AI receptionist, instant lead response and follow-up systems) are provided under a separate written agreement with each client, which takes precedence over these terms for those services.
1. Who we are

2. Using this site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it: no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, no automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it, and no use of the chat assistant to submit unlawful, abusive or other people's confidential information.
3. The chat assistant
The chat assistant on this site is an AI system. Its answers are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not an offer, a quote or a commitment by Arkometry. Please don't share health information or anything confidential in the chat. For anything that matters, email us at hello@arkometry.com.
4. Calculator and figures on this site
The calculator and any figures on this site are illustrative, not medical, financial or legal advice. Calculator results are estimates built from the numbers you enter, not a promise of what Arkometry will recover. Industry statistics are from third-party sources, linked where they appear, and several are published by companies that sell related services.
5. Not clinical care
Arkometry's systems are not an emergency or triage service and do not give medical, dental or financial advice, assess candidacy or diagnose. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
6. Our services for practices
Services are described and priced in each client's written agreement and order form. Current pricing: the Founding Client Pilot is $297 for 30 days, and ongoing plans start from $497/month. Exact scope is agreed in writing before you start. Contract term and cancellation: [TERM / CANCELLATION]. Service levels and support hours: [TBD, support hours in US time zones]. 7. Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party sources and may rely on third-party providers (for example hosting and AI model providers). We aren't responsible for third-party sites or content. Arkometry is not a party to any patient financing arrangement a practice offers.
8. Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to Arkometry or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own reference; please don't copy or republish substantial parts without permission. Clients own their own data and content; Arkometry owns its platform, prompts and workflows.
9. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing on this site guarantees consultations, cases, revenue or conversion.
10. Limitation of liability
